Speedshield selected by TAC for ISA Trial in Heavy Vehicles

Speedshield has been awarded a supply contract with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Victoria to supply and fit a number of transport operator's heavy vehicles allowing research for the effectiveness of ISA in this industry.

Speedshield has completed the fitment of a number of Kenworth and Volva trucks with advisory ISA systems.

As part of the New South Wales Centre for Road Safety ISA Forum, held at Australia Technology Park in June 2008, two Centre for Road Safety vehicles were fitted with Speedshield active ISA for demonstration on the day. The cars received a great deal of interest by the media and forum participants, including NSW Minister for Roads the Hon.
