Paul Dawson

Executive Director

Paul Dawson has been in engineering for over 15 years and has a particular focus on design and innovation of products for industry. He conceived the Speedshield product and has been the force behind its market acceptance. He is experienced not only in design of products but also in the management of engineers, fabricators and technicians for development and manufacturing of these innovative products.

Pauls engineering abilities are proven and he is a recipient of an Australian Design Award for Electronics in 1998 and the Work Safe Victoria Best Risk Solution for 2003 for the Speedshield product.

Nathan McKenzie

Product Manager - Industrial Products

Nathan began his career with ACS in 2003 whilst studying Electrical Engineering and was heavily involved in developing the prototype Speedshield unit.

Nathan has a background in science and engineering and combines his technical skills and project management capabilities in his role.

Jason Ko

Innovation & Development Manager

Jason manages our team of engineers, software developers and qualified technicians.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Deans Scholar) and has been with ACS since mid 2005.

Terry Troutman

Sales Director - USA

Terry has over 25 years experience in sales in the materials handling industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding forklift safety and has worked extensively throughout USA and Europe.
