The vehicle profile consists of many data elements to enable operators to have a comprehensive view of their front line container handling productivity. Specific reporting includes:

Container Profiling

In addition to vehicle profiling, Speedshield offers a custom container profiling solution to provide further insight on container handling productivity. Key container vehicle logs provide an insight into the duration of the vehicle work cycle providing a full working metrics of the container handling fleet. Key metrics includes:

    • Twist lock change of state
    • Laden weight > minimum – identify laden container/empty container
    • Spreader position (20’/40’/intermodal leg lift/twin empty
      • Proximity sensors on alme spreader required to identify certain aspects
